Realistic 3D Penis Model for 3D Printing

I'm looking for a realistic 3D model of a penis for 3D printing. The model should capture high attention to anatomical detail. Ideally, I'd like the legs slightly apart, with toes pointing outwards, creating some space underneath in the design. If that's not feasible, creating just the penis as a standalone piece is acceptable. I have reference images ready for guidance and aim to commission more models if the first one meets expectations.
