3D Model for Cosplay Prop

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a cosplay prop for me. The prop includes horns and a skeleton tail. The model should be designed with moderate detail and is intended for 3D printing.

Model Description:
1. A pair of horn/ear prosthetics that begin around the ear area, with a hollow interior so they can fit comfortably over my ears while being worn.

2. A long, spine-inspired tail piece that gradually becomes smaller toward the end and finishes with a pointed, cat-tail-like tip. Id like this designed as an articulated flexi-style model with interconnected sections so it can move naturally, and it will need a way to attach securely to the back of a wig. The prop is intended to be 3 feet long so requires cuts for assembly.
