Model Spanner from Photo Quickly

I have a clear photo of a simple spanner that I want turned into a printable 3D model within one hour of award. The piece is just a basic giveaway item, so I only need it modeled to basic design and functional standards—no ultra-fine tolerances or intricate surface details.

Here’s what I expect:
• Editable source file in your native CAD package (STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Clean, watertight STL ready for FDM printing. (Multi color exactly like the photo)
