Miniature STL Rescaling Expert Needed

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to rescale STL files for miniature originally sized 33 cm down to 4 cm. There are 5 STL files one for the core and face one for the left hand one for the right and one for the base of the miniature. I would like all five of them rescaled.

Key Requirements:
- Reduce model size while preserving:
- Facial features
- Textures and patterns
- Fine details like accessories

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, ZBrush)
- Experience with STL files and 3D printing
- Attention to detail and precision
