Mechanical Part 3D Print Prep
Budget: $120 – $150 USD
I have a mechanical component that needs to be converted into a clean, watertight file ready for 3-D printing. The end goal is a visual prototype, so dimensional accuracy and a presentable surface finish matter more than internal strength analysis.
You will start from my reference drawings (STEP/PDF) and deliver a print-ready STL or OBJ that passes basic slicer checks (no non-manifold edges, correct normals, appropriate wall thickness for FDM or SLA). Please keep small fillets and functional recesses true to the drawings while ensuring that any fine features are resolvable on a standard desktop printer.
Once the file clears a quick print simulation in Cura or PrusaSlicer I’ll consider the job complete, so feel free to use those or a similar tool for validation before hand-off.
