Large format 9x12(ish) ABS Prototype Printing

I’m ready to move a full-scale prototype into physical testing and need a shop that can handle a single part measuring under about 400 × 400 mm. The 3D model is finished and will be supplied in STL format; no design work is required, just production.

The part must be printed in ABS. Please use a machine that comfortably supports the stated footprint so we avoid warping on the edges. Strength matters more than cosmetics, but a clean surface and accurate dimensions (±0.5 mm overall) are still important.

When you respond, let me know:
• Your preferred layer height, infill, and support strategy for this size in ABS.
• Whether you can remove supports and perform light post-processing (sanding or acetone vapor smoothing if available).
• Typical turnaround from file hand-off to dispatch, plus the courier service you use.

Deliverable: one dimensionally accurate ABS prototype matching the provided file, packaged safely and shipped to my location (address supplied after award).

There are 3-4 "parts" on the STL need to be moveable or printed apart and assembled
