Large Plastic Shim Holder Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a detailed drawing for a plastic shim holder that will sit on a workbench and keep an assortment of shims neatly organised for storage. The finished unit should be a single piece (or a simple two-part snap-fit, if that suits the design better) measuring a little over 200 mm in its longest dimension.
I’m happy with any common engineering plastic—ABS or PETG are fine—as long as wall thicknesses remain practical for either milling or FDM printing. Internal slots should let me drop shims in vertically and read the size markings without removing them; a sloped front face for quick visual checks would be a bonus.
What I expect from you:
