Jafar cobra head for staff

I'm looking for someone who is skilled in creating custom art pieces from scratch. The project I have in mind is a custom-made cobra-head for the staff Jafar has in Aladdin. The material the cobra-head should be made of is plastic, though I'm open to suggestions when it comes to color and finish so creativity is encouraged. I only need the cobra-head, not the staff.
