Industrial Parts Design & 3D Printing

Job ID: 40367149

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m taking a set of industrial parts from a finished concept to real-world production and need a partner who can own both the last mile of product design and the first batch of 3D printing. The models are considered “ready for production,” but I want a fresh technical eye to:
• verify DFM details, tolerance stacks and material choices,
• refine the CAD (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 are fine) so files drop straight into an SLA, SLS or FDM workflow, and
• supply a short run of accurate prints that I can use for final fit checks with suppliers.

Deliverables
• Updated CAD in STEP and native format
• Print-ready STL files
• 10–20 high-resolution printed units in the specified engineering resin/nylon
• Brief build report covering orientation, layer height, infill or solid parameters, and any post-processing steps

Acceptance criteria: parts must meet ±0.1 mm dimensional accuracy on critical features and show consistent surface finish suitable for functional testing. I’ll approve the job once the first article passes caliper inspection and mates correctly with our existing assembly.

If this sounds like your sweet spot, I’m ready to move quickly and iterate together.
