Hyper-Realistic Finger .STEP Model -- 2

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist who can turn a series of calibrated, high-resolution photographs of a real finger into a true-to-life .STEP model for medical use. Every ridge, fold, and pore needs to be visible so the file opens in Fusion360 exactly as it would appear under a microscope.
Here’s what matters most:
• Fidelity: the digital finger must match the supplied photos in size, proportion, and micro-surface detail (all folds and pores).
• Format: native .STEP compatible with Fusion360, ready for measurement or downstream CAD work.
• Consistency: I may need anywhere from one to a hundred models a year, so a repeatable workflow and dependable turnaround are essential.
• Cost efficiency: I normally pay €10–15 per completed finger, released on approval of the finished file.
If you already capture organic detail for surgical guides, prosthetics, or similar applications and can demonstrate sub-millimetre accuracy, I’d love to see a sample. My review process is quick: once I verify geometry and surface quality, payment is issued and the next photo set follows.
