High-Detail 3D Portrait Model

I have a photo of a person and I want it translated into a highly detailed 3D model that I can 3D print. The final piece must capture facial features, hair, and clothing folds with good definition.

Please sculpt in ZBrush, Blender, or another industry-standard package that supports exporting clean STL and OBJ files. Keep the polygon count high enough for crisp surface detail, then decimate intelligently so the file is manageable without sacrificing quality. A quick render or turntable video would help me verify likeness before you hand over the print-ready model.

Deliverables:
• Final watertight STL or OBJ
• One low-res preview render or turntable

I will provide the reference photo after we start; everything else is up to your artistic eye and technical skill.
