High-Detail Mechanical Part Model

Job ID: 39916968

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have between four and six well-lit photos of a small mechanical part and need a precise, 3D-print-ready model created from them. The part includes fine grooves and mating surfaces, so dimensional accuracy and clean geometry are critical—I will be printing it so wall thickness, tolerances, and watertight meshes matter.

You may work in Fusion 360, Blender, or any CAD package you prefer, as long as the final file imports cleanly into and PrusaSlicer.

Deliverables
• STL prepared for 0.1 mm layer height printing
• Screenshot or turntable render showing major measurements for a quick sanity check

Acceptance criteria
• Key dimensions match my reference callouts within ±0.2 mm
• No non-manifold edges, intersecting faces, or inverted normals

Once you send the first draft I will review, annotate any dimensional tweaks, and expect one round of revisions before sign-off. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get the model ready for the printer.
