High Detail Character STL Creation

I’ve got a single reference image of a character-style figure and I need it converted into a clean, watertight STL that preserves every small feature. The final print is meant for functional use, so the mesh has to stand up to real-world handling, not just sit on a shelf.

You’ll be free to sculpt in ZBrush, Blender, or whichever package you prefer, as long as the result is a highly detailed, manifold model with proper wall thickness and no intersecting shells. Please scale it for a 100 mm tall print (we can fine-tune that together) and orient it for efficient support generation on either FDM or SLA machines.

Deliverables
• Final, print-ready STL (manifold, error-checked)
• Original sculpt/source file (optional but appreciated)
• Quick notes on recommended layer height, infill, and material if anything specific is required
