High-Detail 4x4 Architectural Model
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m commissioning a precise architectural model that will exist both as a digital file and as a physical showpiece measuring exactly 4 ft × 4 ft. The digital version must support close-up inspection, so every aspect—from façade textures to interior room layouts, structural framing, and the surrounding landscape—has to be modeled at high detail.
Scope
• Digital model: provide the native 3D file (your preferred software is fine—Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, or Blender) plus an exchange format such as OBJ or FBX.
• Physical model: fabricate or coordinate fabrication of a sturdy 48" × 48" display model that mirrors the digital version. Material choice is flexible; I welcome your proposal, whether it’s 3D-printed, laser-cut acrylic/wood, or a mixed-media approach. The finish must allow viewers to examine interiors and structural elements easily—removable roof sections or cutaway panels are ideal.
Key features to include
• Full interior detailing (rooms, walls, primary furnishings)
• Exterior landscape with contours, pathways, and vegetation placeholders
• Exposed or cutaway structural components for educational display
Acceptance criteria
1. Digital file opens error-free and aligns with the agreed layer/element naming.
2. Physical model footprint does not exceed 48" × 48" and matches the digital geometry within ±1/16".
3. All three feature sets—interior, landscape, structural—are visibly represented.

I’d like to review the first digital draft quickly, then green-light fabrication once everything checks out. Regular milestone previews (screenshots or video walk-throughs) will keep us aligned and let me sign off on details before you commit them to the physical build.
