3D Hearing Aid Ear Mold Model
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a precise 3D ear-mold designed specifically for a hearing-aid shell. I will supply the raw ear impression data and any measurements you need; your task is to turn it into a clean, watertight STL that can go straight to printing without extra repairs.
Please keep natural contours, sound-port geometry, and any relief areas intact so the finished part seats comfortably and seals properly. I will review the STL in Meshmixer and test-print a draft, so the file must open error-free and respect the original anatomy within ±0.1 mm.
If you usually work in Rhino, Fusion 360, Freeform or similar sculpting tools, mention it so we can align workflow. Let me know the estimated turnaround and how many revisions you include; a quick screen share or short video walkthrough of the final model is appreciated but not required.
Deliverable: one STL file that meets the above tolerances, ready for FDM or SLA printing.
