Haptic Tile

Hi there. I am a university student enrolled in at Curtin University and as part of my course I have been asked to design a 3d haptic tile on RHINO. The tile is 150 mm in length x width and roughly 40mm high. The tile has curves on both sides so i have split it into two seperate models. Material wise, I have no preference just what ever you think is best/most affordable for the design. I am hoping to also have this back to me by the 23rd of Oct. Let me know what you think!
