Full-Size Glamrock Freddy STL
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m building a wearable Glamrock Freddy costume and I need a 3D artist who can supply a high-resolution STL model that matches the reference photo I’ve linked: https://i.pinimg.com/474x/b0/68/e1/b068e1cd7c0d15f8d454b432f298faa9.jpg.
The suit must be full scale so I can step into it once printed, yet intelligently broken down into sections that will fit the build volume of a typical home FDM printer. I’ll also be moving around in the costume at conventions, so joints—especially shoulders, elbows, knees and neck—should be designed with enough clearance and articulation for comfortable movement without losing the iconic, highly detailed look of Glamrock Freddy. Low-poly shortcuts won’t work here; I’m after crisp panel lines, accurate facial features, and the right contours on the chest, arms and helmet.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A complete, ready-to-print STL pack, scaled for an adult wearer (I’m 5'10" / 178 cm; let me know if you need more precise measurements).
• Logical part layout so each piece fits on my ender 3 v3 se print bed.
• Assembly guidance, including recommended hardware or fastening points for strapping and hinges.
• A quick read-me explaining suggested print settings (layer height, infill, supports) to hit the same quality you designed for.
If you’ve tackled full-size cosplay armour or animatronic characters before, that’s a huge plus—share a couple of examples so I can see how you balance detail and practicality. Once the STL set meets the visual target and test-fits digitally, I’ll green-light final delivery.
