Full-Scale Tesla Cybertruck Shell Print

Job ID: 39823411

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I want a faithful, full-scale replica of the Tesla Cybertruck’s outer body—including the doors—produced with a 3 D printer. I do not yet have a CAD file, so the first step will be modelling the exterior from scratch to original factory dimensions. Interior details are not required; the focus is strictly on every exterior panel, crease, and edge.

Once the model is approved, I need it segmented into shippable sections, each no thinner than 2 mm, ready for printing on your large-format machine (or multiple machines if you’ll tile the build). Final pieces must align perfectly on re-assembly, so plan for hidden locating tabs, bolt flanges, or another practical fastening solution.

Deliverables
• Printable STL (or equivalent) files for every panel
• A simple exploded diagram or video showing assembly order
• The finished, physical panels printed in the specified material and shipped to me, packaged safely

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions match Tesla’s published specs (I will supply reference photos and key measurements)
• No single section exceeds agreed shipping limits
• Minimum wall thickness of 2 mm throughout
• Smooth, print-ready geometry with no mesh errors

If you have experience reverse-engineering car exteriors, access to a reliable large-format printer, and the logistics to ship a full-size kit, let’s talk.
