Fountain Restoration for 3D Printing

I need a 3D model of a fountain for printing, based on provided scans and reference images.

Requirements:
- Create one .STL file
- Ensure symmetry; pattern repeats 6-7 times
- No cracks that are shown in the original; smooth surface only
- Textures not needed; for printing only

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling
- Experience with .STL file creation
- Attention to symmetry and detail

My 3D Design Artist is away for 2 months which means I have lots of 3D jobs to complete as I am a business owner in the UK and will have lots more jobs for you if you can provide work for a good price. My usual guy is very good artist and always does jobs for $10-$20 and also speaks great English so that is essential.
