Fix STL for 3D Printing
Budget: $14 – $80 NZD
I have an existing STL that won’t slice cleanly and needs professional repair before it goes near the printer. Your task is to hunt down and eliminate every geometry issue—non-manifold edges, stray vertices, flipped normals, hidden gaps, intersections—whatever is keeping the file from being truly watertight.
Once you have worked your magic, send the corrected STL back to me ready for FDM printing; it should load into Cura or PrusaSlicer without error, generate supports normally, and preview with no missing faces or layer glitches.
Preferred tools are Netfabb, MeshLab, Meshmixer, or Blender, but as long as the final file passes the usual manifold checks I’m happy. Please include a short note describing what you fixed so I can learn from the process.
