Fix My STL Word Model

Job ID: 40037087

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have a single-word STL that I plan to print in PLA as a small prototype. Before I send it to the printer, the mesh needs a quick but careful cleanup: there are a few tiny holes inside the geometry and the junctions between letters are too thin for reliable PLA printing.

What I need from you is a watertight, manifold mesh with reinforced letter joins that will slice without error in Cura or PrusaSlicer and hold up when printed at standard 0.2 mm layer height.

Deliverables
• Repaired, print-ready STL (no holes, no non-manifold edges)
• Letter walls thickened or bridged so each connection is strong enough for PLA
• Brief note on what was changed so I can learn from the process

If you usually work in Meshmixer, Blender, Fusion 360 or similar, that’s perfect—use whatever lets you achieve a clean, solid file. As soon as the revised STL passes a quick slice test on my end, I’ll mark the job complete and release payment.
