Evil Dead - Photo Realistic Face Model for Resin Printing and Moulding
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a photorealistic 3D facial sculpt that will hold up under close inspection once scaled for high-resolution resin printing. The piece has to be highly detailed—individual pores, subtle skin texture, natural wrinkles, believable eyes and lashes—so it feels alive when printed at 1:6 scale.
The likeness blends features from a real person with a few stylised tweaks that push it toward a fictional hero, so you’ll be interpreting multiple reference photos while still injecting creative nuance. All reference images are ready to share the moment we start; lighting angles and expression notes are already annotated to speed you up.
Expect the model to be printed on an 12K resin machine, so clean topology and watertight geometry are crucial. The file needs to be error-free for the workflow which will save us both time. Feel free to sculpt in ZBrush, Blender, or any package you prefer as long as the export is solid.
Deliverables
• High-poly sculpt in native format (e.g., ZTL or BLEND)
• Optimised, decimated STL and OBJ ready for print, fully watertight
• Separate sub-tools or meshes for eyes, hair cap, and any accessories
• One test slice screenshot in Lychee or Chitubox proving no mesh errors
Acceptance Criteria
• Skin micro-detail visible after a 0.03 mm layer slice preview
• No overhangs exceeding 60° without integrated supports or clear indicators
• Facial proportions match provided reference within ±2 mm at 1:6 scale
If this level of realism and print-readiness sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started—your artistry will be front and center once that print comes off the build plate.
