3D Designer for Desktop Aerospace Models

We are hiring a 3D designer to create highly accurate desktop-scale aerospace models for 3D printing. This role requires someone who can study reference photos and replicate real-world vehicles with precision, while also understanding how to translate those designs into clean, manufacturable multicolor 3D printed products.

This is not a concept art role. This is a production-focused modeling role for someone who can accurately recreate aircraft, spacecraft, and related display components from photographic reference while making smart design decisions for 3D printing, part separation, color changes, tolerances, surface finish, and assembly.

The right candidate must understand that a great-looking render is not enough. The model must also be printable, repeatable, scalable, and visually strong as a physical product. You must know how to design for multicolor 3D printing and understand the tradeoffs between geometry, print orientation, part breakdown, material behavior, support visibility, and final presentation quality.
