3D Designer: Innovative Support-Free Coffee Cup Sleeve / Holder
Project Description:
I am looking for a creative 3D designer to develop an innovative, highly functional, and visually striking "exoskeleton" sleeve/holder for coffee cups. I am looking for a bold and premium design.
The Concept:
The 3D printed model is NOT the container for the liquid itself. It is an outer shell (a holder or sleeve) into which a standard disposable paper or plastic coffee cup is inserted. It must look amazing and be comfortable to hold.
Strict Technical Requirements:
Zero Supports: The geometry MUST be designed to print 100% support-free on an FDM printer. I will not accept designs that require support structures.
Print-Ready Slicer Profile: Along with the 3D files, you must provide the exact slicer settings (print profile) to ensure a flawless print.
Material Optimization: The design and your recommended print settings (temperature, layer height, wall count, infill) must be optimized specifically for standard PLA printing.
Perfect Fit: The internal dimensions must be perfectly toleranced to securely hold standard paper/plastic cups.
Deliverables:
Source files (STEP or F3D).
Print-ready STL files.
A document with exact print settings/slicer profile.

Please attach examples of your previous 3D printing designs. In your proposal, briefly explain your strategy for designing complex shapes that require NO supports. Please quote your price for the initial concept and model.
