Custom VR Chat Avatar & 3D Model

I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist to create a customizable VR Chat avatar and 3D print model. It is not for right away, but i want to start searching for the artist since I have quite a few things to model/print.

I want my original copyrighted characters from my cartoon to use them on VR chat, also those same characters I want the files to be able to 3D print them in a specific pose. One of the characters has a mask, I would also need the mask human size for a costume.
For VR chat, if you can add emotes and accessories to the character, better yet.

Requirements:
- Full custom model from scratch
- Stylized art style

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, ZBrush)
- Experience with VRChat avatar creation
- Knowledge of 3D printing requirements and limitations
- Strong understanding of stylized art styles
