Convert Sketch to CAD & STL
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have a hand-drawn sketch of a small mechanical part, complete with key measurements. I now need that concept turned into a clean, accurate CAD drawing and a watertight STL that I can feed straight to a 3-D printer.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A properly dimensioned 2-D drawing (PDF/DWG) based on my sketch so I can review and keep for documentation.
• A medium-detail 3-D model exported as a print-ready STL—no open edges or non-manifold geometry.
Because this part is headed directly to the printer, the model should respect every measurement on my sketch, include fillets or chamfers where noted, and stay within the overall tolerance I provide. I’m flexible on software—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar are all fine—as long as the final files open without issues.
Once I approve the drawing, you generate the STL, run a quick mesh check, and we’re done. If you spot anything unclear on the sketch, just ask; quick clarifications keep the job moving smoothly.
