Convert 2D Logo to 3D File

I need to convert a 2D logo into a 3D printer file. The final file should be in STL format, suitable for creating a functional part. The dimensions should be medium, comparable to a desktop item.

We have 2d vector art that nreds to be modeled so i can print them as pendants
4 color only. Black base with white red blue and black layer on top.
