Clip-On PVC Superstar Figurines

I’m developing a small line of clip-on figurines—each one a faithful, highly detailed likeness of a well-known superstar posed in a relaxed seated position. The figures will be molded in PVC and stand roughly 2.5 – 3.5 inches tall. A slim, integrated clip on the underside must let the character perch securely on a laptop screen, car dashboard, shelf edge, or similar surface without looking bulky.

What I need from you:
• Production-ready 3D sculpts (STL/OBJ) optimised for PVC injection moulding, including proper wall thickness, draft angles, and clean topology around the clip.
• Basic front, side, back, and underside renders so factory engineers can easily read the design.
• A style that balances playful proportions with recognisable facial features, hairstyles, and outfits—think collectible vinyl toys but with sharper likeness accuracy.

If you can also supply or arrange a quick resin/PVC prototype, let me know; that’s a welcome extra but not essential. Please share examples of character works you’ve already taken from digital sculpt to physical merchandise, especially anything in vinyl, PVC, or similar materials.
