Clear Acrylic Square Prototypes Production

I’m building a series of prototypes that require simple, crystal-clear plastic squares. Here is exactly what I need: • Size & shape: 50 mm × 50 mm, perfectly square with clean, burr-free edges • Material: any clear acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG—or another transparent sheet you already stock. Optical clarity is the only must-have; strength grade is not critical. • Quantities & thicknesses:  • 100 pcs – 1 mm  • 100 pcs – 3 mm  • 100 pcs – 5 mm  • 100 pcs – 7 mm  • 100 pcs – 10 mm • Tolerance target: ±0.1 mm on thickness and side length feels safe for my work. • Surface: standard glossy finish is fine; no special texturing requested. • Samples: before committing to the full 500-piece run, please send a small sample pack—one or two squares per thickness—so I can confirm clarity and cut quality. Once samples are approved, I’ll green-light the production batch and arrange courier details. Please let me know: 1. Your lead time for both samples and the full order 2. The cutting method you’ll use (laser, CNC, saw) so I can account for any edge tinting 3. Also I want the thickness of the the item to have the number imprinted on the piece . So the 3mm will have the number 3 on it
