Chocolate Bite Pencil Box Design

Job ID: 39782947

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m creating a fun, chocolate-with-a-bite pencil box that small kids can actually use, and I need a 3D model ready for PLA printing. The box must stay slim and compact—just enough room for a couple of standard pencils, an eraser, a sharpener, and a 15 cm scale—so children can slip it easily into a school pouch.

The look: think classic milk-chocolate bar with one playful bite taken out of a corner. The surface should show raised “blocks” like a real bar, yet the interior must be efficiently hollowed to minimise material and print time. A simple slide-top, snap, or hinge mechanism that prints in place (or assembles without hardware) will be ideal; please keep overhangs modest so it can print on an FDM machine without excessive supports.

Because I’ll be printing in PLA, wall thicknesses should respect typical PLA strength (≥1.2 mm) and avoid sharp internal corners that encourage cracking. Fillets on any child-facing edges are essential for safety.

Deliverables
• STL files ready to slice, oriented for minimal support
• Source file (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or similar) so I can tweak later
• One quick render showing scale and the “bite” detail

Please include examples of past work—especially any kid-oriented or novelty enclosures—so I can gauge your style and print-ready modelling skills. If you’ve already tested designs on an Ender, Prusa, or comparable printer, let me know; practical print insights are a plus.
