Chemex Lid CAD Design Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a precise CAD drawing for a custom lid that fits my Chemex coffee maker. All critical dimensions are already taken; I’ll share the exact measurements at kickoff so you can model to tight tolerances.
Scope
• Model the lid to sit securely on the Chemex and cover the pour spout.
• Incorporate a small grip or handle for easy removal.
• Apply sensible wall thickness and draft angles so the design is ready for plastic manufacturing or 3-D printing.
Deliverables
• Fully parametric CAD drawing exported in STEP format.
• Native source file from your preferred platform (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.).
• One round of revision after my review to fine-tune fit or aesthetics.
Please ensure geometry is clean and watertight and that all edges interacting with glass are smooth. I’d like to complete the project within a week, so let me know your estimated turnaround and any past samples that show similar work.
