2007 Charger srt8 Dash Vent STL Rebuild

I want to give my late-grandfather’s 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 a proper facelift by finally fixing the dash vent that keeps popping out. The stock clips have snapped, so the part either needs to be rebuilt from scratch or have its tabs thoughtfully reinforced—whichever you feel will achieve a solid, factory-tight fit. I already have a close reference file plus the key measurements and will pass those straight over.

Because the car is getting a subtle “Clank” theme, I’d love a small Clank element modeled directly on the face of the vent, tucked just beneath the original SRT8 badge location. If that can be integrated cleanly without compromising strength, perfect; if you see engineering concerns I’m open to your suggestions and happy to treat the character insert as a paid add-on.

The file must arrive as a clean, watertight STL ready for my own P2S printer (standard 0.4 mm nozzle), with proper orientation recommendations and no non-manifold surprises. Include a short note about layer direction or filament choice if it helps longevity in a hot interior.
