The job
I will mail you the original spoiler-fin template and I will need two of the same exact pieces reproduced in carbon-fiber-filled Nylon 12. The finished parts must come back to me very smooth and essentially paint-ready, with no visible layer lines and minimal hand work required on my end.
Because the template is a physical part, you’ll handle the scanning or reverse-engineering in whatever way you prefer; all that matters is that the geometry, holes, and overall profile match the template exactly. Dimensional accuracy is important, but the real focus is the surface finish—think showroom quality straight off the printer or after your own post-processing.
This is a U.S.–only job. If you are not located in the United States, please do not bid. I’m keeping the budget realistic, so quote competitively.
