Car body Surface to 3mm STL
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I will provide a surface model of a mechanical part and I need it turned into a watertight solid panel that can go straight to the printer. The target wall thickness is 3 mm and the overall size, orientation, and topology must remain exactly as they arrive—no scaling, repositioning, retopology, or remeshing is permitted.
The only touch-up I will accept is to “Thiknen the part” where necessary so the entire object holds that uniform 3 mm thickness and becomes a closed manifold. Small tweaks that make the body truly solid (for example sealing an open edge created by the thickening) are fine, but please avoid any global remesh operations.
I prefer you work in Blender so I can check the .blend file if questions come up, yet you may use any software you trust as long as the final export is a clean, print-ready STL.
Deliverables
• Watertight 3 mm-thick STL of the part 3d printable
• Optional native file (e.g., .blender) reflecting the same geometry
Send the finished files along with a quick screenshot showing your solid-check in Blender (or your chosen package) so I can verify integrity before printing.
