Build Sealed Neonatal Device Prototypes

I have complete CAD files for a patent-pending neonatal device that contains a sealed glycerin chamber, a PTFE membrane, and bonded ENFit connectors. To help investors and clinicians visualize the concept I need two non-clinical demonstration units—one inline, one clip-on—fabricated in SLA resin and fully assembled.

The prototypes must convincingly show:
• reliable fluid sealing and transfer within the glycerin chamber
• long-lasting connector durability when ENFit fittings are cycled

Because these are fluid-filled parts rather than simple structural prints, success hinges on tight bonding, bubble-free sealing, and leak-proof performance. If you have hands-on experience with micro-scale liquid assemblies, medical or food-grade bonding, or diaphragm-type components, you will be a great match.

My process will start with one small pilot unit; after I sign off we move on to both final demos. I will supply STEP files, membrane specs, and gasket details once an NDA is in place. Please send:
