Boat Trim Tab Spacer Design

I need a 3D printed ABS plastic upper actuator mount spacer for a boat trim tab. The spacer should be about 3” thick, with 3 additional holes (like a tree trunk) at the boat mount to spread the load and reduce stress.

Essential Requirements:
- 3D printed ABS plastic material
- 3 additional load-spreading holes
