Basic 3D Printed Cosplay Parts

I need a 3D artist to create a beak and small feet for my cosplay based on my sketches or references. It a swablu. The blue cloud bird Pokemon. My measurements are not “exact” meaning if a ratio looks better then what I put to make it better, I’m fine with it being tweaked so long as it’s still somewhat close to what I’ve put.

Requirements:
- 3D printing of a beak and small feet
- Basic level of detail
- Ability to create models from sketches or references
