Bakugan's Spectra Phantom Cosplay Gauntlet Replica

I’d like a faithful, wearable recreation of Spectra Phantom’s power gauntlet from Bakugan : New Vestroia. The piece needs to be built primarily in durable plastic so it’s light enough for everyday cosplay use yet sturdy enough to survive conventions and travel. I’m after a moderate level of surface detail—clean panel lines, the signature red-black colour split, and the raised accents that catch the light on screen—without going overboard on micro-etching or weathering.

The star feature is the card slot. Please replicate the on-show mechanism: the card must slide in smoothly, lock in place, and release just as it does in the anime. If you look up clips of Spectra activating his gauntlet you’ll see exactly how the tray flicks out; that is the interaction I’m aiming for. I’m open to a spring-assisted or manual release as long as the motion feels sharp and reliable.

Fit matters: the gauntlet should strap securely around an adult forearm with some adjustability (Velcro, buckle, or hidden elastic). Internal wiring or electronics aren’t required at this stage, but the shell should have space to retrofit LEDs later.
