BAMBOO STUDIO and 3D PRINTING MODEL / DESGINER

Job ID: 39856341

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m ready to move my concept from sketch to a fully-working prototype that can stand up to hands-on functional testing. The core of the job is a complete 3D model, engineered for additive manufacturing, that incorporates three critical features I must verify before heading into production:

• Movable parts that articulate smoothly without excessive post-processing
• Integrated electrical components (space, channels, and mounting points laid out for wiring and small boards)
• High durability through smart geometry and a material choice you will recommend for strength and wear resistance

I will share reference drawings and rough dimensions at project start. What I need in return is a print-ready CAD package—native file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar), clean STEP, and sliced STL—plus an exploded view or short assembly guide so I can test the motion and electronics fit straight off the printer.

Please keep wall-thicknesses, tolerances, and support strategies in mind so the first print is as close to functional as possible. If you have experience with multi-material FDM or resin parts reinforced with carbon-fiber-filled nylon, definitely highlight that in your approach; strength is a top priority.

I’m aiming to approve the digital model quickly, run a first print on my in-house printer, and provide feedback for one revision loop if needed. Once the prototype passes range-of-motion tests and houses the electronics cleanly, the job is complete.
