3D Artist Needed: Dancing Skull Figure inspired by Michael Myers (3MF/OBJ/STL)

Job ID: 39708279

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Overview:
I’m seeking an experienced 3D designer to create a stylized “dancing skull” figure inspired by Michael Myers (Halloween) wearing the mask, posed as if dancing, and holding a knife. The final deliverables should be clean, print-ready, and optimized for 3D printing. Please provide files in 3MF, OBJ, and STL formats, with textures or materials clearly documented if used. This is a fan-art style concept; all work must be original and license-friendly for personal use or approved commercial use.

Project details:
Concept: A dancing skull character wearing a Michael Myers-inspired mask, holding a knife. The design should be stylized (not hyper-realistic) for broad printing success.
Style direction: Fun, slightly spooky, cartoonish/grotesque, with clear silhouette for printing. Optional subtle textures to enhance detail.

Deliverables:
3D printable files in the following formats:
STL (print-ready, watertight, properly oriented for printing)
OBJ (with separate MTL and texture maps if applicable)
3MF (fully organized with materials and mesh information)
High-resolution reference images or screenshots from multiple angles (front, side, back, bottom) to assist printing and assembly.
Documentation: scaling (default size in inches/cm, recommended print settings like wall thickness, infill, and any special supports or hollowing if needed).

Requirements:
Proven experience in character/figurine modeling for 3D printing.
Strong portfolio showing similar work (stylized figures, masks, or Halloween-themed models).
Proficiency with Blender, ZBrush, or similar; ability to export clean STL/OBJ/3MF files.
Knowledge of 3D printing considerations: wall thickness, overhangs, supports, hollowing, drain holes if needed.
Ability to deliver clean UVs/textures only if you plan to include textures; otherwise, provide detailed texture notes or bake texture maps.
Clear licensing terms for the delivered files (personal use vs. commercial use) and confirmation of original design (no copyright infringement on the Michael Myers character in the final deliverable).
Revisions: at least 2 rounds of revisions included.

Notes:
This is intended as a stylized, non-photorealistic figure suitable for 3D printing. If you have questions about the concept or need adjustments to the character’s design to suit printing, include them in your proposal.
Please ensure the design remains respectful of copyright and trademark guidelines; we’re aiming for a fan-art style that’s clearly original in execution while inspired by the theme.
