Articulated 3D Action Figure Conversion

Job ID: 40339927

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a single solid 3D model and need it transformed into a true action figure ready for home 3-D printing.
The figure should remain in a neutral standing pose, but I want functional joints that let me rotate the head, shoulders, arms, hips/legs and feet. To achieve this, the mesh must be split into separate, printable parts—at minimum the head, shoulders, arms, legs and feet—with integrated pegs, ball-and-socket or similar connections that fit FDM and resin tolerances.

I will supply the current file in its native format; you can work in Blender, ZBrush, Fusion 360, SolidWorks or any comparable sculpting/CAD suite as long as the final output is clean. Geometry must be watertight, wall thicknesses

Deliverables
• Individually articulated STL (and source) files for each part
• A single, pre-posed all-in-one STL for reference
• Simple assembly diagram or screenshots that show joint orientation and clearances

I will test-print the parts on an Elegoo resin printer and a Prusa MK3; joints should snap together firmly but still move. Once everything fits and rotates smoothly, the project is complete.
