Add Logo to STL Models

Job ID: 39889910

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a 2D logo saved as a PNG that I want converted into clean CAD geometry and then embedded onto several existing STL models to personalize them for 3-D printing.

Here’s exactly what I’m after:
• Re-draw the logo in a CAD format (DXF, DWG, or your preferred parametric file) so the edges are crisp and scalable.
• Create a shallow relief or emboss version of the logo—whichever prints more cleanly—for use on the surface of my parts.
• Integrate that logo onto each STL file I provide, positioning it where I specify and scaling it so it doesn’t compromise wall thickness or print strength.
• Return the updated, print-ready STL files plus the editable CAD of the logo.

I’ll supply: the PNG logo, the reference images that show approximate placement, and the original STL files.

Key points:
• Preserve the original model dimensions; only the logo area should change.
• Ensure the final mesh is watertight and error-free (no non-manifold edges).
• Maintain feature detail so FDM and resin printers can reproduce the logo cleanly.

If you regularly work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar and are comfortable preparing production-ready STLs, this should be straightforward. Looking forward to seeing how you can give these parts a professional, personalized touch.
