I already have the finished OBJ file and need a reliable partner to turn it into a physical ABS prototype, then take the next step and create a production-ready mold from that print. The job starts with accurately printing the model in ABS—dimensional fidelity is critical because this piece will serve as my reference master. Once the print is approved, I’ll need a durable mold suitable for short-run manufacturing; guidance on the best molding method and any design tweaks required for clean release will be appreciated.
Deliverables I expect:
• One high-resolution ABS prototype based on my OBJ file, cleaned and ready for inspection
• A robust mold built from that prototype, capable of repeatable casts without detail loss
• A brief hand-over note covering printer settings, material specs, and mold care
