AI to STEP Conversion

I have an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) drawing that needs to become a solid 3D model suitable for injection-moulding production. Your task is to translate the artwork into a clean, watertight STEP file. Please build the model with all the exact dimensions shown in the artwork and apply the usual, industry-standard tolerances used for plastic injection work. Dimensional accuracy is the priority. The navy blue background has a slight texture to it. The white letters are smooth.
Dimensions are: 97mm diameter, 3mm thick (blue base), white lettering 1mm taller than blue base.
The finished STEP file has to open flawlessly in common CAD/CAM suites and be ready for tool-maker review without further cleanup. If you see any ambiguity in the 2D artwork, flag it before modelling so I can clarify. Once complete, send the STEP file along with a quick screenshot of the solid to confirm geometry.
