3D Prototype Set Creation

I need a three-piece 3D plastic set made for visual presentation. I have hand-drawn sketches and images for the design.

Requirements:
- Create 3D design files from my hand-drawn sketches
- Use ABS plastic for the prototype

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with 3D modeling and printing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following design specifications
And simply needing prototypes out of plastic two cup sizes a tray a saucer in the dome. All white. Specks attached. Does not need to be perfect. These are just for prototypes. All but one piece are white or colors. The first set will be all white but the Dome is a clear plastic so that seedlings can get sunlight
