3D Printed Trading Card Display
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a printable 3-dimensional design for a display unit that neatly houses standard-sized trading cards in portrait orientation. Capacity is key—please structure the model so it accommodates well over 50 cards without feeling cramped or top-heavy.
The end product I expect from you:
• Optimised STL (or equivalent) files ready for FDM printing
• A brief note on ideal layer height, infill, and whether supports are required
• Renders or screenshots that clearly show card insertion and overall fit
Key considerations:
• Internal slots must match a typical 2.5 in × 3.5 in trading card with a slim margin for penny sleeves.
• Stability: the base should remain balanced when the unit is fully loaded.
• Print-friendliness matters more to me than ultra-complex geometry; keep overhangs modest.
• A small recessed area for a title plate or logo would be a nice touch, though not mandatory.
I will do my own production so file is enough. I need cards to be stand out one by one. Item should be able to disassemble.
