3D-Printable Mechanical Prototype Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a production-ready 3D model for a mechanical part that will serve as the casing of a wearable device. The core priority is durability, so wall thickness, reinforcement ribs, and any joining features must stand up to repeated daily use once printed.
The file has to arrive fully ready for FDM/FFF printing—no post-cleanup on my side—so please include correct tolerances, overhang considerations, and orientation notes. Deliverables are the printable STL plus an editable CAD source (STEP or Fusion 360 preferred) so I can tweak dimensions later if my electronics stack changes.
If you have experience designing robust housings for wearables, especially ones that balance strength with reasonable print times, you’ll fit perfectly.
