3D Printable BMW E46 Widebody

Job ID: 40142225

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I want a full digital model of a BMW E46 wide-body kit that I can send straight to the 3-D printer and then use to lay up fiberglass copies. The look I have in mind is close to the Flossman kit, but I’m willing to entertain tasteful tweaks

My must-have pieces are the two bumpers, both front and rear wings/fenders, and the side skirts. If you can also supply a matching spoiler, mirrors, and hood/bonnet, that’s a welcome bonus. All parts have to align with factory mounting points so they drop straight onto the car or into a mold without additional guessing.

Please deliver watertight STL or STEP files ready for additive manufacturing. Panel thickness around 2–3 mm is ideal, and I’ll be printing on machines with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm envelope, so plan your splits and interlocks accordingly. Surfaces must be smooth enough to require minimal post-processing before I shoot the mold.

You should be comfortable with automotive surface modeling in tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360, Rhinoceros, or Blender. I’ll need progress renders for fit checks and up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. A file passes acceptance when Cura reports no manifold errors and key bolt holes match BMW specs within ±1 mm.

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk timelines and get this E46 looking wide.
