Modern Memorial Plaque 3D Model

I need a clean, modern‐styled plaque modeled from my mock-up photo to honor a fallen law-enforcement officer. The design in the image already shows the layout and wording I want; your task is to translate it into a watertight, print-ready 3D file that I can send straight to a resin or FDM printer.

Please preserve the proportions, typographic feel, and any relief elements exactly as pictured, while ensuring appropriate wall thickness and smooth surfaces for reliable printing. Small tweaks for printability are welcome, but the overall look must stay faithful to the mock-up.

Deliverables:
• Final plaque model in STL (OBJ or STEP as extras are fine)
• One revision round to fix any printability or aesthetic issues I spot after inspection
