3D Model Creation for Printing

I have a concept that needs to be turned into a printable 3D model. The job is straightforward: produce a clean, moderately detailed digital model using AutoCAD (or a compatible tool) and supply it in a print-ready format.

Scope
• Translate my sketches/notes into a precise 3D model design.
• Keep detail at a moderate level—enough for a professional finish but not overly intricate so it prints reliably.
• Optimise wall thickness, tolerances and any interlocking parts for standard FDM/SLA printers.

Deliverables
1. Source file in AutoCAD (.dwg or .dxf).
2. Exported .stl (and, if helpful, .step) tested for manifold integrity.
3. A quick screenshot or viewport render showing key angles so I can verify geometry before sign-off.

Acceptance Criteria
• Dimensions match my provided measurements within ±0.2 mm.
• Model passes a slicer check with no non-manifold edges.
• Ready for immediate 3D printing without additional cleanup.
